ANTHONY PERNA

Anthony joined Greenwich Advisory & Company (“GA”) in 2024 as the team’s Senior Investment Banking Analyst. In his role, Anthony’s primary area of responsibility will be for transactional and deal support including financial modeling, pitchbooks, industry research and VDR control and management.

Prior to joining GA, Anthony was an Analyst for Deloitte’s Risk and Financial Advisory Group supporting the Manhattan, NY and Stamford, CT offices. He joined Deloitte after graduating in January 2022, a semester early. At Deloitte, Anthony was responsible for assisting audit engagements in preparing IT and Internal Audit workpapers for client filings. In addition, Anthony assisted in preparation of client facing materials and worked to evaluate multiple business application’s control, design, risk, and operating effectiveness.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Anthony held several high-profile internships including Gabelli Asset Management (“GAMCO”) in Alternative Investments, Cerberus Capital Management in Client Services, and Brown Brothers Harriman in Enterprise Risk Management.

Anthony graduated with a Bachelor Degree of Science from the Stern School of Business at New York University (“NYU”) with a major in Finance and minor in Political Science. Additionally, he has the distinction of being an alumni of the prestigious Yale Young Global Scholars Program, within the disciplines of Law, Politics and Economics.
